Process & Quality:

Automated manufacturing processes and quality parameters are checked and maintain in every part of processes by well qualified and trained manpower from IPIRTI and FRI-

Raw Material: Each species of Aquaply plywood is made by selecting Imported tropical hardwood. Hardwood species are reddish in colour and resistant to termite and borer.

Glue Line Treatment: Each layer of the timber thus sourced is treated with our resin specially prepared with anti-borer formula. The same is applied evenly. This activity and unique formula used in manufacturing the resin ensure by adding another protection of safety in manufacturing all Aquaply plywood free from borers.

Powder Proof: Aquaply plywood made in computer controlled temperature and pressure to make it fully powder proof.

Pre Press Technology: The veneers thus treated with our specially formulated active resin are pressed together, further ensuring deeper penetration of the applied resin to even the deepest pores, Pre press technology also provides even spread of glue to give balanced structure. This branched out process adds one more safety protection to protecting Aquaply plywood from borer attack.

Calibrated: Before overlaying of face veneer all products are calibrated to uniform thickness. Uniform thickness all around the ply makes it ideal panel product for use by mechanized automated furniture manufacturers who are growing by the day
